KYN28-24 Indoor Metal Armored Removable Switchgear is a complete set of power distribution equipment for three-phase, AC 50 (60) Hz systems with a rated working voltage of 24 kV and a rated working current of 3150A and below.
It is mainly suitable for power plants, small and medium-sized generators for power transmission, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions for power distribution, and secondary substations for power systems for receiving and feeding electricity, as well as for starting large high-voltage motors. It is used for control, protection, and monitoring purposes. The busbar system is a single busbar, which can be derived from single busbar with bypass and double busbar structures. It has the function of implementing "five prevention" locking. This cabinet can be equipped with both ZN63 (VSI) vacuum circuit breakers and ABB's VD4 vacuum circuit breakers, making it a high-performance power distribution device.
The KYN28-24 cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, with a protection level of IP4X for the outer shell. When the doors of each compartment and the circuit breaker compartment are opened, the protection level is IP2X. A power distribution device with various functional schemes such as overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and others, which can be arranged and combined into various forms of schemes. The casing of this switchgear is made of imported aluminum zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tool, and adopts multiple folding process, which not only makes the entire cabinet have high precision, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, but also adopts multiple folding process, making the cabinet lighter in weight, higher in mechanical strength, and more beautiful in appearance compared to other similar equipment cabinets. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts. This shortens the processing and production cycle, enhances the universality of components, reduces the footprint, and facilitates production organization.
